A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING AND ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT N0. 7 LOCAL AGENCY-
STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5250, FOR THE PROGRAM OF LOCAL AGENCY
FEDERAL - AID URBAN SYSTEM PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF LYN[aOOD
WHEREAS.; the City Council of the City of Lynwood continually
intends to improve and enhance public safety, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has applied for Federal - Aid
Urban System Projects funds to improve Imperial Highway between `
Bullis Road and East City Limits of the. City of Lynwood,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that:
Section 1. The City Council approves the application for
Federal-- Aid Urban Act Funds for the imnrovement.of Imperial
Highway.
Section 2. The City Council adopts Local Agency-State
Agreement No. 07-5250 Supplement No. 7 for the improvement of
Imperial Highway between Bullis Road and East City Limits of the
City of Lynwood in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of

Pursuant to the Federal-Aid for Urban Systems Acts, the attached "Program" of Federal-Aid
Urban System Projects marked "Exhibit B" is hereby incorporated in that Master Agreement for
the Federal-Aid Program which was entered into between the above named LOCAL AGENCY
and the STATE on August 4 , 19 7 7 ,and is subject to all of the
terms and conditions thereof.
The subject progr~un is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article II of the aforemen-
boned agreement under authority of City/~~[>Resolution No. 81-105
approved by the City CounciU$~~}~~,i~~on .AUGUST 4 , 1981
(See copy attached).
