AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 15916, adopted June 9, 2022, and
enacting a new Ordinance in lieu thereof, awarding a contract to Homesite Insurance Co. of Florida
(Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability Insurance (Third
Layer) coverage from August 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 15916, as adopted June 9, 2022, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. Homesite Insurance Co. of Florida (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent)
is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability Insurance (Third Layer)
coverage from August 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on July 14, 2022
