Update on Kids Pan Mass in Chatham, Conservation Day preparation (provide updates and
maps of what the plans are this year for Brewster roadway and bikepath changes) . Discussion of
participation and commitment with these and other cross cape events .

6 . New Items :
BikeShare Program — New Product — The Koloni Kube (pictures attached}- Nick has
shared additional programs for discussion.
They have kicked off the new year with a new product called Koloni Kube which
changes the way we connect with local parks by offering easy and affordable access to
equipment. Allows users to rent recreational equipment from the same app and Bluetooth
technology as the bike sharing service . Allows their business partners to access data
across their parks to help make smarter decisions when it comes to new projects .
1st Regional CC Bikeways Committee meeting invite — Orleans, Brewster, Chatham
and Harwich
First meeting will be Wed March 71h at 4@00pm Orleans Town Hall
Brewster Bikeways Committee is invited to Attend :
Proposed Agenda is : Successes, Challenges, Strategy, where to start, who are the
supporters, funding, approach to signage
