AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Three Million Dollars
($3,000,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for CCTV inspection and physical inspection
of sewers and sewer cleaning in CCTV Inspection and Physical Inspection of Sewers (2023)
(12804) throughout The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Service Area; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into Contract No. 22187 with Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. for CCTV inspection and physical
inspection of sewers and sewer cleaning.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund to be used for CCTV inspection and physical inspection of
sewers and sewer cleaning in CCTV Inspection and Physical Inspection of Sewers (2023) (12804)
throughout The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Service Area.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22187
with Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. for CCTV inspection and physical inspection of sewers and sewer
cleaning in CCTV Inspection and Physical Inspection of Sewers (2023) (12804) throughout The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Area; and said contract shall be comprised of such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 11, 2022
