AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Twenty-
Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) from the General Fund and Two Hundred Seventy Thousand
Dollars ($270,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design in Lower &
Middle RDP CSO Controls System Improvements (11109) in Various Municipalities and
Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10734
with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for design.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13368, adopted February 9, 2012, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 10734; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars
($125,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund and Two Hundred Seventy Thousand
Dollars ($270,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
design in Lower & Middle RDP CSO Controls System Improvements (11109) in Various
Municipalities and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10734
with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for design in Lower & Middle RDP CSO Controls System
Improvements (11109) in Various Municipalities and Unincorporated St. Louis, County, Missouri;
and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 11, 2022
