AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred
Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($575,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
design of a pump station in Lemay No. 3 Pump Station and Force Main (11817) in Unincorporated
St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10734 with Jacobs
Engineering Group Inc. for design of a pump station.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13636, adopted July 11, 2013, authorized the
appropriation for Contract No. 10734;
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars
($575,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for design of a pump
station in Lemay No. 3 Pump Station and Force Main (11817) in Unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10734
with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for design of a pump station in Lemay No. 3 Pump Station
and Force Main (11817) in Unincorporated St. Louis, County, Missouri; and shall be comprised
of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 11, 2022
