HomeMy Public PortalAbout15955 CSO – Mary Avenue South of Manchester CSO Interceptor (I-132) Outfall (L-106) EliminationORDINANCE NO. 15955 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and private I/I removal in CSO-Mary Avenue South of Manchester CSO Interceptor (I-132)/Outfall (L-106) Elimination Phase II (12140) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20202 with HDR Engineering, Inc for the design of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and private I/I sewers. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14968, adopted August 16, 2018, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20202; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and private I/I removal in CSO-Mary Avenue South of Manchester CSO Interceptor (I- 132)/Outfall (L-106) Elimination Phase II (12140) in Brentwood, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20202 with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the design of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and private I/I removal in CSO-Mary Avenue South of Manchester CSO Interceptor (I-132) /Outfall (L-106) Elimination Phase II (12140) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 11, 2022
