AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for professional
services in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Migration.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to be used for professional services
in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Migration; said contract being comprised of such terms and
conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 11, 2022
