PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, the following property listed below applied for Tax-Exempt status
under- the provisions for a total disables veteran status in accordance wit N.J.S.A.
54:4-3,30 et seq., and
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor reviewed and approved the application for 2008 tax
year and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancels
2008 taxes in accordance with the fOllowing schedule.
