AUTHORIZING BIDS
FOR WATERFRONT PARK AND PLANT
MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Waterfront Park and Plant Maintenance
Program; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said
program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for said program.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2009
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 16, 2009.
