RESOLUTION NO. M-37
PERMIT/RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC UTILITY INSTALLATION
IN CITY RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS , a public
utility licensed to do/:usiness in the Ci y of Medi a, has made application
to the City for the installation of a-4-0
located at
within the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be granted
in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Street and Right of Way shall be restored to their
original condition upon completion of Installation
and Applicant shall be liable for settlement or other
damage caused by said installation for a period of
the year following completion.

The motion for the adoption in the fore.oing Resolution is duly
seconded by Member Sc-Xc,►re-v and upon vote being taken
