7:00 Historical Commission - Review proposed bylaw modifications to address the
disposition of historic homes when land is developed
7:30 13 Main St. & 9 Church St. (Public Library) – Discuss possible zoning changes
8:00 Pre-existing nonconforming uses - Discuss possible modifications to the current
bylaw language

Continue discussion of items on the November 29, 2010 meeting agenda, as necessary:
Sustainable Green Committee Proposals
Discuss possible zoning changes: Expedited permitting for LEED certified projects;
zoning incentives for LEED certification, including density and reduced parking;
Green Overlay District; incentives for low water usage landscaping and reuse of
rainwater; reduced permitting fees for LEED buildings.
Site Plan Review – Discuss possible modifications to the bylaws
Water Resources Protection Overlay District – Discuss proposed amendment to
include the new Alprilla Farm well zone 2 and zone 3
Rural Business District – Review proposed modifications to landscaping/screening
and setbacks
Commercial solar photovoltaic installation - Review proposed bylaw changes
