APPOINTING MUNICIPAL AUDITOR
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Auditor in the Borough of Carteret;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that

be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Auditor , effective
January 1,2009, term to expire December 31, 2009.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2008
