AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) from the General Fund to be used for flow meter and
monitoring in Flow Metering and Monitoring (2022) (12801) Districtwide; and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 22069 with ADS Environmental Services for flow
meter and monitoring.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15741, adopted September 9, 2021, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 22069; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to be used for flow meter and
monitoring in Flow Metering and Monitoring (2022) (12801) Districtwide.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 1
to Contract No. 22069 with ADS Environmental Services for flow meter and monitoring in Flow
Metering and Monitoring (2022) (12801) Districtwide; and said contract shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on September 8, 2022
