AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Three Million Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($3,500,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for property
rights acquisition in Easement Acquisition for Wastewater Projects (2023) (12820) in the entire
District.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($3,500,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
property rights acquisition in Easement Acquisition for Wastewater Projects (2023) (12820) in the
entire District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on September 8, 2022
