RESOLUTION NO. 81-115
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DESIGP~7ATII~?G THE POSITIONS OF DIRECTOR
OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPN~NT/ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER,
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS/CITY ENGINEER AND
ASSISTANT TO THE CITY MANAGER AS EXCLUDED FROM
THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE
- WHEREAS, Ordinance D?o. 1105 amended Section 24-32 of
the Code of the City of Lynwood to provide that there shall be
excluded from the provisions of the Personnel System established
by said~.City Code; such offices, positions and employment as may
from time to time be specified by resolution of the City Council;
and
WHEREAS, Resolution Nos. 80-85, 80-120, 81-9 and 81-16
have designated certain positions as exempt from the provisions
of said Personnel System; and
WHEREAS, The City Council wishes further to designate
the positions of Director of Community Development/Assistant
City Manager, Director of Public Works/City Engineer and Assistant
to the City Manager as exempt from the provisions of said
Personnel System,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
HEREBY RESOLVES that:
SECTION 1. In accordance with said Section 24-32, the
following offices, positions and employment in the service of
the City-~~ Lynwood. are excluded from the Classified~Personnel
System of the Ciiy of Lynwood:
Director of Community Development/Assistant
City Manager
Director of Public Works/City Engineer
Assistant to the City Manager

SECTION 2. This resolution shall take effect
immediately. '

1981. '
