A RESOLUTION WITHDRAWING PROJECT N0. 27619163 & PROJECT
N0. 18019056 FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, 1976 URBAN
COASTAL PARK ACT AND 1980 PARKLANDS ACT.
WHEREAS,...Funds have been approved by the State of California
for improvement of Recreation & Parks facilities; and-
WHEREAS; the City of Lynwood has' received a portion of
thes-e funds; and -
WHEREAS; staff has determined a need for upgrading and im-
proving existing recreation & parksareas and faci I ities; and
WHEREAS: the City of Lynwood is desirous of withdrawing °.
existing project titles-from these bon d. acts
NOW, therefore be it resolved that the City Council of
the. City of Lynwood hereby withdraws Project No. 2.7619163
from the .1976 Urban Coastal, Park Act anal Project No. 1801.9056
from the 1980 PARKLANDS act.
