APPOINTING SPECIAL LEGAL COUNSEL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Special Legal Counsel in the Borough of
Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
MCMANIMON & SCOTLAND
DE COTIIS, FITP A TRICK, COLE & WISLER
BRADLEY CAMPBELL
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Special Legal Counsel, effective
January 1, 2009, term to expire December 31, 2009.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2009
And certified as a true copy of the
