RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD ESTABLISHING THE REDE-
VELOPMENT REVOLVING FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted an
ordinance declaring that there is a need for a community
redevelopment agency to function in the community pursuant to
the provisions of Health & Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.;
and -
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Redevelopment Plans
for Redevelopment Project Area A, as amended and the Alameda
Project Area;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The Redevelopment Revolving Fund is hereby
established pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 33620 et
seq•• ~ -
SECTION 2: All monies appropriated to the Revolving Fund
_ "shal~be paid to the Agency as a grant, (unless otherwise
specified to the contrary by resolution of this City Council)
to be expended for the purposes set forth in Health & Safety
Code Section 53623 including all expenses necessary or
incidental to the carrying out of the adopted redevelopment
plans.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
