A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION N0.
81-95 RELATING TO THE LEVYING'OF TAXES.

-THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE. AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Resolution No. 81'-95 is
hereby amended to-read as follows:
"SECTION 3. That.for the purpose of raising
the sum of money necessary to be .raised by taxation
upon the taxable property within the City limits
of said City of Lynwood as the revenues to provide
payment of State Employees` Retirement Fund as
authorized in Ordinance No. 426, the rates of taxes
are hereby fixed and taxes are hereby levied on all
taxable property within the City limits of said
City for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1981
and ending June 30, 1982, upon each $100 of full
value of said property as assessed by the County
Assessor and. equalized by the.Board of Supervisors
of the County of Los Angeles, State of California,.
for said fiscal year as follows:

Retirement Fund authorized at
election held April, 1946 $0.1225.T
For City'.s:'contribution to

State Retirement Fund authoriz-
ed by Council Resolution No.
74-80 (.O1 tax increase for

SECTION 2. The Clerk is hereby directed to forward
immediately to the. County Auditor-Controller of Los Angeles County
a certified copy of this Resolution.
