ORDINANCE NO. 14 7 b 2-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE JEFFERSON CITY
HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR THE TRANSFER OF LAND PERTAINING TO THE
PROPOSED CONFERENCE CENTER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with the Jefferson City Housing Authority in a form substantially similar to the
attached Exhibit A.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
