APPOINTING SPECIAL REDEVELOPMENT PLANNING
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Special Redevelopment Planning in the Borough
of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
BEACON PLANNING
CMEASSOCIATES
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Special cRedevelopment Planning,
effectiveJanuary I, 2009, term to expire December 31, 2009.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2009
