WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3793 will exercise option year one (1)
of one (1) of the contract previously authorized by Ordinance No. 15843, adopted December 9,
2021, which authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Rimini Street, whereby Rimini
Street would provide professional services Districtwide;
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year at the option
of the District; and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District desires to exercise its one
(1) option year to said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT THAT, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to exercise the District’s option for one (1) year term contract with Rimini Street, whereby Rimini
Street would provide professional services Districtwide, said contract shall be comprised of such
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General counsel of the District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on October 13, 2022
