AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Eight Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00) from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for asset
investigations and assessment of stormwater systems in Stormwater Asset Investigations (2022)
(13595) throughout the Metropolitan Sewer District Service Area; and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 22091 with TREKK Design Group, LLC for asset
investigations and assessment of stormwater systems.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15766, adopted October 14, 2021, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 22091; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Districtwide Stormwater Fund to be used for asset investigations and
assessment of stormwater systems in Stormwater Asset Investigations (2022) (13595) throughout
the Metropolitan Sewer District Service Area.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2
to Contract No. 22091 with TREKK Design Group, LLC for asset investigations and assessment
of stormwater systems in Stormwater Asset Investigations (2022) (13595) throughout the
Metropolitan Sewer District Service Area; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms
and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 13, 2022
