APPOINTING LABOR COUNSEL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Labor Counsel in the Borough of Carteret; and

WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
DECOTIlS, FITP ATRICK, COLE & WISLER
GENOVA BURNS & VERNOIA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Labor Counsei, effective January i,
2009, term to expire December 31, 2009.
