RESOLUTION N0. 81-135
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING THE FY 81-82 BUDGET TO ELIMINATE A SECRETARY
POSITION AND AUTHORIZE A_PLANNING TECHNICIAN POSITION
WHEREAS, the reclassification of a Secretary position is necessary because
the duties of the position have been substantially altered and there is a need
to have these duties performed; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Board has. determined that Planning Technician is
the appropriate classification; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient monies in the Housing and Community Develop-
ment Department's-Bud-get for FY 81-82 to fund the reclassification of a Secretary
position to a Planning Technician position;
DTOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as follows:
Section 1: The FY 81-82 Budget shall be amended to eliminate one
(1) Secretary position and authorize one (1) Planning Technician
position in the Housing and Community Development Department, Plan-
ning Division.
Section 2: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
