RESOLUTION NO. 81-136
• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION A ONE
' FOOT EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK`'';.PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the-City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the sidewalk easement is necessary for the
convenience, welfare, and safety of the public, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the.City shall be served by the acceptance of said

WHEREAS, the project has been analyzed by the Department
of Community Development, Planning Division, and found to be
categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality •
Act rules (paragraph 15101 (c), Article 8.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication
to the City of Lynwood as offered for dedication; the easements
for sidewalk purposes so designated on .Lot 1 of Parcel Map
No. 14377 PMB ~ / _ of official records
of the County ofi Laos Angeles.
Section 2. .That the above described easement has been
offered for dedication to the City by: Gilbert Raymond Montano
and Robert Joseph Truelove.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 6th day of
