Home My Public Portal About81-137 (10-06-81)r RESOLUTION NO. 81-137 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING PROPERTIES NECESSARY FOR THE WATER MAIN IN MONA BOULEVARD AND INDUSTRY WAY WHEREAS,. the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that the water main in Mona Boulevard and Industry Way is necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public, and WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest -of.__the--City shall be -served ~by the acceptance-of--properties necessary for said improvement, and WHEREAS, project has been analyzed by the Department of Community Development, Planning Division, and found to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act rules (paragraph 15101(c), Article 8.) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following described properties are necessary for the water main in Mona Boulevard and Industry Way: A portion of the tract of land marked "Omri J. Bullis, 100.495 acre," on the map of the Bullis land, in the City of Lynwood, as per map. recorded in Book 3, page 399 of Miscellaneous Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as follows: _ _ _----_- _ -F.____ __ _ ._. _. ... __ _ _ _ .. _ - -, _- - Y Parcel 1.
