RESOLUTION N0. 81-139
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRI-
ATION OF EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
AND FIVE DOLLARS THIRTY ONE-CENTS ($83,405.31)_
FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFLECTING ACTUAL HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT-ACT (HCDA) FUNDS
APPROVED BY THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AND PRO-
- OECTED FOR.EXPENDITURE UNDER EXISTING CON-
TRACTS BETWEEN THE CITY AND COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the City recognizes the need to have accurate
accounting of expenditure accounts; and
WHEREAS, certain expenses were not available for inclusion
in the adopted 1981-82 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropriation and
its budget implication;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council. of the
City of Lynwood that the City Council hereby authorize the City
Manager to make the following appropriation:
