AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Seven Hundred Twenty-One
Thousand Dollars ($721,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of
sanitary sewers in Glen Echo Sanitary Relief (Engelholm Ave to Henderson Ave) (12176) in the
Cities of Normandy and Pagedale, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22216
with Civil Design, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Dollars
($721,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design
of sanitary sewers in Glen Echo Sanitary Relief (Engelholm Ave to Henderson Ave) (12176) in
the Cities of Normandy and Pagedale, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22216
with Civil Design, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers in Glen Echo Sanitary Relief (Engelholm Ave
to Henderson Ave) (12176) in the Cities of Normandy and Pagedale, Missouri; and said contract
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 10, 2022
