AN ORDINANCE, changing the salary set by Ordinance No. 15825, adopted
November 10, 2021, and setting a new salary for the Executive Director of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The salary set by Ordinance No. 15825, adopted November 10,2021,
is hereby changed.
Section Two. The salary of the Executive Director shall be Two Hundred Forty-
One Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($241,300.00), per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly
installments, on and after December 17, 2022.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 10, 2022 by the following vote:
Ayes — M. Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozism and B. Wahby
Nays - None.
