WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3798 will exercise option year two (2) of the contract
previously authorized by Ordinance No. 15565, adopted December 10, 2020, which authorized the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into a contract with Crawford Murphy and Tilly Inc. (CMT), whereby Crawford Murphy
and Tilly Inc. (CMT) would provide professional services for the District.
WHEREAS, said contract provided for an initial term of one (1) year with three
(3) additional one-year renewal terms at the option of the District; and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District desires to exercise its
second (2nd) of the three (3) option years to renew said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to exercise
the District’s option to renew for the second (2nd) one-year renewal term the contract with
Crawford Murphy and Tilly Inc. (CMT), whereby Crawford Murphy and Tilly Inc. (CMT) would
provide professional services for the District; and said contract renewal shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the
District.
