RESOLUTION NO . 81-16 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
CHANGING THE TITLE OF CIVIL ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE TO
ASSOCIATE CIVIL ENGINEER, DESIGNATING THIS A MANAGEMENT
POSITION AND AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN AND SALARY
RESOLUTION ACCORDINGLY
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to change the title of Civil Engineering
Associate to Associate Civil Engineer; and
WHEREAS; the Associate Civil~~Engineer-position is supervisory in nature
and consequently should be designated as management;
NOW, THEREFORE., the City Council of the. City of Lynwood does hereby re-
solve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the position title of Civil Engineering Associate is
changed to Associate Civil Engineer and that this is a
management position. '
SECTION 2. That the Salary Resolution is amended by deleting the Civil
Engineering Associate title from the General Employees
. Salary schedule and by adding Associate Civil Engineer
to the 4M range of the Management portion of the Salary
Schedule.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
