AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
2010-2011 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BYAPPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT SALES TAX FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Capital
Improvement Sales Tax Fund $642,847.06 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
