Resolution No. 11-8234
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO RELOCATE THE CITY
COMMISSION MEETING FROM CITY HALL TO TOWN
CENTER ONE; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires to change the location of
the semi-monthly Commission Meetings; and
WHEREAS,the Commission Meetings are currently held at City Commission Chambers at
777 Sharazad Blvd., Opa-locka, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires the Commission Meeting to be held at Town
Center One; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka approves the Commission
Meetings to be held at Town Center One.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby direct that the City
Commission Meetings be held at Town Center One.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
