APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD FOR THE DISABLED FOR
THE YEAR 2009
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret has created a
Board for the Disabled to consists of one member to be appointed by the Mayor,
one member of the Council to be appointed by the Council and five (5) citizens of
the municipality to be appointed by the Council with staggered terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following appointment be and is
hereby made to the Board ofthe Disabled for the Year 2009:

Councilmember Susan Naoles

Secretary Carole Sullivan
12-31-09
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that tills resolution shall take effect
inunediately.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2009
and certified as a true copy ofthe original
on January 16th, 2009.
