HomeMy Public PortalAbout81-164 (12-15-81)Y ~` RESOLUTION NO. 81-164 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES PURSUANT TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LYN- WOOD ~~~ r. WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Lynwood establishes certain fees in an amount to be determined by a resolution of the City Council; and ' WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the amount of fees ___, to be charge.d~..pursuant.. to the Code of -the City of Lynwood. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1: The fees set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein are hereby approved and established as the fees to be charged pursuant to the indicated provisions of the•Code of th e City of Lynwood. SECTION 2: Th e City Council hereby declares its intention that in order to provide for a single document setting forth all fees charged by the City of Lynwood that any future amendments, additions or deletions to the fees as established by the Code of the City of Lynwood shall be accomplished only through the adoption of a revised Exhibit A by resolution of this City Council. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
