RESOLUTION NO. 81-167
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF UNCLAIMED
MONEY FROM THE WATER FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, there is held
money from .water deposits which
period of more than three years;
WHEREAS, the unclaimed
items of more than $10..00; and
WHEREAS, the aggregate
in the City treasury unclaimed
has remained unclaimed for a
and
water deposits are for individual
sum of said indivudual items is
$4815.59; and
WHEREAS, .publication of notice was. duly made pursuant ',~
to Government Code, Section 50050.
NOW', THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
pursuant to Government Code Section. 50053 hereby authorizes and
directs. the transfer of said unclaimed money to the General Fund.
