AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($260,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary
sewers in Grand Glaize WWTF Grand Glaize Creek Bank Stabilization (13630) City of Valley
Park, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22226 with Intuition and Logic
Engineering, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($260,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary sewers
in Grand Glaize WWTF Grand Glaize Creek Bank Stabilization (13630) in the City of Valley
Park, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22226
with Intuition and Logic Engineering, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers in Grand Glaize WWTF
Grand Glaize Creek Bank Stabilization (13630) in the City of Valley Park, Missouri; and said
contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of
the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on December 8, 2022 by the following vote:
Ayes - M. Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin and B. Watson
