AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Five Hundred Seven Thousand
Dollars ($507,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary
sewers in Lindsay Lane Sanitary Relief (Lindsay Lane to Lindbergh Blvd) (13629) in the City of
Florissant, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22228 with RIN Group, Inc.
for design of sanitary sewers.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Seven Thousand Dollars ($507,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitaiy Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary sewers
in Lindsay Lane Sanitaiy Relief (Lindsay Lane to Lindbergh Blvd) (13629) in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22228
with RJN Group, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers in Lindsay Lane Sanitary Relief (Lindsay Lane
to Lindbergh Blvd) (13629) in the City of Florissant, Missouri; and said contract shall be
comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel
of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on December 8, 2022 by the following vote:
Ayes - M. Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin and B. Watson
