AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($300,000.00) from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Gravois
Creek to be used for design in Gravois Creek OMCI Stormwater Design (2023) (13714) in the
Cities of Crestwood, Kirkwood, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer-
District to enter into Contract No. 22229 with Oates Associates, Inc. for design.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Operations, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for design in Gravois Creek OMCI Stormwater Design (2023) (13714)
in the Cities of Crestwood, Kirkwood, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 22229
with Oates Associates, Inc. for design in Gravois Creek OMCI Stormwater Design (2023) (13714)
in the Cities of Crestwood, Kirkwood, and Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and said
contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of
the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on December 8, 2022 by the following vote:
Ayes - M. Evans, A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin and B. Watson
