APPOINTING PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER FOR
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENTS
\VHEREAS, the Affirmative Action Office, Department of the Treasury, requires
each municipality to designate a person to act as a liaison and to serve as a Public
Agency Compliance Officer for Affirmative Action; and
WHEREAS, said requirements are pnrsuant to P.L. 197C.127 (N.J.S.A. 17:27)
Public Contracts Law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
Gloria Lisicki
is hereby appointed Public Agency Compliance Officer for the Borough of
Carteret for 2009.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2009
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 16, 2009.
