A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF UNCLAIMED MONEY FROM THE WATER FUND
TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS~ there is held in the City treasury unclaimed
money from water deposits which has remained unclaimed for a
period of more than three years; and
WHEREAS~ the unclaimed water deposits are for individual
items of. less than $10.00; and
WHEREAS, the aggregate sum of said individual items is
$8,709.51.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ TH8 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, pursuant to Government Code Section 50055 hereby
authorizes and directs the transfer of said unclaimed money
to the general fund.
