RESOLUTION NO. 80_ 17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE REPOWER
OF FIRE ENGINE #32 TO BE COIdTRACTED TO
MACK TRUCKS OF SIGrdAL HILL AND AUTHORIZING
THE APPROPRIATION OF TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND
DOLLARS FOR THIS PURPOSE
-WHEREAS,-the Cty~Council finds and determines that
contracting with Mack Trucks of Signal Hill is the most economical
and efficient way to repower Fire Truck # 32.
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied this appropriation
and its budget implications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Lynwood hereby authorize the City Manager to
make the following appropriation:
