WHEREAS, the Community Development Block Grant Program
Entitlement Grant Regulations require subrecip-
ient agreements, and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina wishes to implement the Year XV
1989 Urban Hennepin County Community Development
Block Grant Program, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Medina Mayor and Clerk -
Treasurer are hereby authorized to sign the sub -
recipient agreement, as prepared by Hennepin
County, identified as Contract 90722.
