Resolution No. 11-8244
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO AUTHORIZE THE
CITY MANAGER TO DETERMINE THE COST AND
FEASIBILITY OF IN-HOUSE TRASH COLLECTION
SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires the City Manager to
determine costs of in-house trash collection services; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager will explore the feasibility options of in-house trash
collection service; and
WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka approves the City Manager to
review the feasibility of in-house trash collection service.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. City Commission of the City Of Opa-locka, directs and authorizes the City
Manager to determine the cost and feasibility of in-house trash collection services.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
