A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0. 7.9-65
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPOINTING A CITY ENGINEER".
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood retained the services
of Wildan Associates to perform City Engineering work until
such time as a more permanent arrangement could Abe":made.'for
this City function;
WHEREAS, this appointment may be terminated at any time
at the pleasure of the City Council;
WHEREAS, on February 25, 1980, Harold C. Williams, P.E.
was appointed to the City's management staff as City Engineer
in responsible charge of City engineering functions;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve
that
The appointment of Willdan Associates as City Engineer
under the term of Resolution No. 79-65 is hereby
rescinded.
