AUTHORIZING REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ'S) FOR VARIOUS
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE 2009 CALENDAR YEAR
\VHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is desirous of soliciting for Requests for
Qualifications for the 2009 Calendar Year; and
\VHEREAS, RFQ'S will be solicited pursuant to a fair and open proce~s in accordance
with the provisions ofN.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REASOLVED that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized to advertise for Requests for Qualifications (RFQ'S) for professional services
for the 2009 Calendar Year.
Adopted this 24'h day of November, 2008 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
November 25'" 2008.
