RESOLUTION N0. 80-35
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR THE REIMBURSE-
MENT OF SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AND
THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood desires
to enter into an agreement modifying certain relationships established
in Resolution No. 73-33 in order to reimburse the City for services
rendered in a manner which accounts for the individual costs and
amounts of said services rather than a flat monthly rate or accord-
ing to a strict hourly eharge; and
WHEREAS, such basis for payment will be fair and equitable
both to the City and the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That certain agreement for reimbursement of
services between the City and the Agency, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby approved.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
- direci,ed- to-tra-n~smit said agreement as executed to the Lynwood

Redevelopment Agency for such action as they may deem appropriatew
under the circumstances.
