A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF
~A STREET SWEEPER FROM NIXON-EGLI OF SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA
1'VHEREAS,`the City Council has determined a need to
replace_.a _-standby .sweeper; and - ~ - : -
WHEREAS, Nixon-Egli Equipment Company of Southern r
California has a sweeper already built to the ci.ty's
specifications and has offered to sell. said sweeper at a
discounted rate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by a 4/5 vote of the
Gty Council of the City of Lynwood that purchase of a street
sweeper from Nixon.-Egli Equipment Company of California is the
most economical and efficient way~to purchase vehicle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council
direct the City Manager to purchase vehicle and prepare the
appropriation document for Council approval,.
